In my first experiment I learned how to insert text and change the colour of it. I also learned how to insert images, and the short-cut of Ctrl+D. I then had to fit the frame proportionally so it wasn't stretched at all. To maintain the aspect ratio I learned you had to hold shift and then drag it to where you wanted it placed.
